Brandon Clark. Born on April 22nd, 1994 at Queen Mary's hospital and welcomed by two loving parents Rick and Joyce Clark.

The Bride

Victoria Ellis. Born March 13th, 1998 at the Jewish General Hospital to Sophia Ellis and Anthony Robinson.

Childhood

Brandon and Victoria coincidentally both grew up in Lasalle, Montreal. Meaning there were many crossovers between there stories before they ever even met and without them even knowing. Even as early as elementary school, they were close by and never could have imagined. They both went to school in LaSalle, they went to rival high schools - Victoria Beurling Academy and Brandon LCCHS (If you know, you know). They went to the same gyms, they even knew a lot of the same people. Growing up so close to each other was one of the things they bonded over when they first met.

We Finally Meet

September 2018, Brandon and Victoria finally meet, and on Snapchat of all places. After talking for a single week, Brandon asked Victoria out to coffee at Cafe Chocolate in Lasalle, a spot they both knew.

The coffee date went so well that they decided to go on a dinner date the very next week- sushi. It was after that second date that they both had a feeling that this had the potential to blossom into something special. And the rest was history.

In October 2018, Brandon formally asked Victoria if she would be his girlfriend officially and she obviously said 'YES'!

They met each other's family's that winter and celebrated their first Christmas together. There were many fun dates that winter as they got to know each other more and fall in love.

Despite the uncertainty, turbulence and fear of that season, it actually tested and strengthened the bond between the two and not only confirmed, but bolstered and solidified the love and foundation between the two of them.

Victoria made a video documenting that journey of being diagnosed with a rare autoimmune disease as part of her aim to heal and process the season and move on. Brandon was her rock during this dark time and he really embodied the vow of "in sickness and in health".

The Proposal

Christmas 2023 was a very special Christmas. On Christmas morning at the Clark's home after all the gifts had been opened, Brandon had one more surprise gift to reveal to Victoria - He got down on a knee and asked her if she would be his wife. this was the last thing Victoria was expecting as a gift - and to this day it's the best surprise she's ever been given.

Holy Matrimony

Brandon and Victoria decided to tie the knot at the courthouse on September 30th 2024 and make it official. In truth, they had been eager to get married for a long time, but life threw several curve balls at them that led to plans being delayed. Brandon admitted he intended to propose in 2022, but no one could have predicted what transpired that year with Victoria getting sick and all. So, instead of waiting for a wedding that would naturally take time to plan and organize, they decided to tie the knot and make it official and then take their time planning the wedding. They are both super happy with having made this decision.

The Big Day

And now, FINALLY, after so many ups and downs and twists and turns, the Big Day can be seen on the horizon. The couple is beyond exited to finally celebrate this huge moment of love and triumph with friends and family, many of which they haven't even seen in a long time due to the Pandemic and life's various storms causing seasons of isolation and struggle. Seeing everyone together to celebrate with them is what they look most forward too after several years of trials and tribulations. They are beyond thankful and blessed to have so many people who love and care about them and want to celebrate this special moment.

And this leads us to present day. Brandon and Victoria's love story isn't over, but merely beginning. They are excited to see where this next chapter will take them and where the story leads. Regardless of what's in store, the one thing they know for certain is that they have built a bond that is unbreakable and that as long as they have each other, they'll be alright.
